With more than 29 years of experience, Omelio graduated from Moscow, Russia as a Civil engineer in 1990, where he worked in the construction of numerous hotels in the tourist town of Varadero, Cuba. In 2001, he arrived in the United States and obtained his State Certified General Contractor license and Home Inspector license. For 19 years, he worked as a supervisor and project manager for various top clients. In 2005, he founded Dedco Construction. Dedco Construction Inc. has now expanded steadily to serve and offer prime residential and commercial construction capabilities to clients throughout Florida.
